This is great to keep up with shoulder healing. The massage strength is just right. The heat is very adjustable and can get too hot- but it’s easy to turn up and down. I probably didn’t need a large but I can make it work because the Velcro straps stick to any part of this.

This shoulder wrap provides 3 levels of both heat and vibration massage. Heats quickly and evenly. Rechargeable battery uses usb c cable that is included. It’s a tad big on my small shoulder, but still provides relief. Easy to use over and over.

Amazing product! Eliminated the pain on my very sore, 67 years old knee in 30 minutes. Will use it regularly.

I have shoulder pain that is yet undiagnosed pending MRI, but I've been pretty miserable for a couple weeks. I was advised to get a heating pad and after reading all the reviews I picked this one, it was pricey! So I expected a lot. upon arrival it looks very chinsy and cheap. I put it on and was immediately disappointed. It did not appear to get hot at all and the vibrations were in all the wrong spots. however, I played with it and repositioned it a lot and finally found the sweet spot and Woo Nelly! Finally some relief. I would say this product is overpriced, however the way that it sits firmly and tightly where you need it to sit is worth the money. And when you finally do get the sweet spot it is so worth it! It is soothing relief baby! Plus you get to look like a cyborg.

Warms up pretty quick, nice and flexible compared to other heating pads, super soft aswell. The cord is a decent length, and the pad itself is a good size. Rolls up nicely for storage. Overall happy

Absolutely AMAZING! I have a disease which makes my muscles take longer to heal or develop slower. My knees hurt a lot and take a longer to heal than other stuff.The vibration mode hits every side of my knee, has different modes and intensity with the highest one being my favorite. The heat modes are also nice as medium is comfortable while high is super hot (nice for immediate muscle relief, although can get HOT). Very impressed, 5/5.

It works so great, that I need another one for my other knee when I go ice fishing !

I wanted to try for the third time in buying a product that works. Fed up with hot bottles and I had tried two other brands previously.I was blown over, it works. Works so well that after 5-10 mins you want to turn the temp down. It's washable. It folds up when not in use and the power cord is sufficient.I hope the product lasts, I will return in a few months and update this review. Based on other customers, I don't expect to run in to issues.Thank you supplier!FURTHER UPDATE 2ND MARCH 2025I have not stopped talking about this product! Coming up to 3 months and have experienced no issues. I use this on half setting #5 where I drop further down to #3.You do not suffer from skin burn as I've done with hot water bottles.As it's a large matt, both my feet(size 11) can fit in even when they're not parallel.Awesome product.Further update Nov 2025:Product still performing 100% post 1 year. I even use it as a heat pad for other parts of my body like my knees.

I really like it. When my shoulder aches, I put it on for about half hour with heat & vibration/ massage in first setting for both. Works like a charm. Shoulder feels great & aching is gone. I would recommend use to anyone having shoulder pain issues.
