Amazing! Got it for my dad’s shoulder pain and it helped out so much!

In a nutshell, THE GOOD - it does help make my shoulders feel a bit better, THE NOT-SO-GOOD - I find it somewhat difficult and not entirely comfortable to get it positioned correctly, at least by myself. There are somewhat similar shoulder massagers out there, but I have yet to see any with a decided advantage over this one. I am including a silly looking photograph that shows where the two massagers are on this device and the approximate area that is heated which is a roughly triangular area. HEAT The heat does more for me than the vibration. It covers most of the top of my shoulder and goes down my arm a bit. I'm not sure that the temperatures are exactly as advertised, but they're more than adequate to help my shoulder pain. FIT The extra straps make the massager/heater very adjustable to different sizes. It can be awkward to put it on yourself, particularly if your shoulder issues limit mobility. I find it easier to fasten the back strap first , taking up most of the extra strap with that, and then just dealing with a fairly short end in front of me. MASSAGE The massage is provided by two round motors that sit on either side top of the shoulder about 2" apart. Massage can be turned off or set to one of three intensities. They vibrate enough for me to really feel it, but they don't work the muscles anywhere near like a percussion massager. I would honestly recommend this more for the heat than the massage. Think of the massage as an added bonus on top of the heat. One of the aspects of this device that I'm not entirely happy with is that I can't hold the massagers against my shoulder with more pressure. I actually can't figure out how that would be possible considering the position, though. The best I can do if I want the vibration directly against my shoulder is to tighten the chest strap, but that only does so much and starts to pull under my arm if I tighten it too much.

This brace gives instant heat and the massage feels good. The material used is top grade and so is the workmanship. It comes with extra straps so you can use it on your elbow or shoulder. It's rechargeable using the USB charging cable (no 5v1a adapter). This would make a great gift to give to a loved one. I can't find one negative thing to say about this brace and I would recommend it to family and friends.

Works really well and relieves some of the tingling in my foot. The heating option is okay but I can’t really feel heat with a sock on. The vibration is soothing.

We have started a walking challenge at my job which is perfect timing for me to get motivated to finally start running more. The only problem is that my body can’t keep up sometimes. Having nice shoes is amazing of course but these have helped me so much! They vibrate and apply heat therapy at the same time time. They do not do compression though which is the only part that I am sad about. I would love to have these add some compression but the tighter you put it on the better to r the vibration and heat feels. Very easy to wrap this around your ankles, calf, bottom of foot, or arms like it suggest. You have to make sure that you place it correctly for the heat to be targeted to that specific area but the vibration is felt throughout. Very soft and comfortable on direct skin, can fit my small feet, or my husbands big feet. I love my new ankle heat packs they really do give me the best relief in such a short time. I can watch tv or just rest while these help my muscles and joints.

Good quality, battery lasts a couple of hours and charges quickly.

The vibration is okay and it works well. Even at maximum, the steaming feels a bit lukewarm. It's a bit disappointing that the steamer isn't hot.

This heat massager has provided me great relief from my neuropathy in my foot. Albeit not a cure all, but nothing will cure this nerve damage. However temporary I will take it. It provides heat and massage or just heat. It is rechargeable and I cannot live without it.

This arrived with 65% charge on both units which meant if I wanted to I could have tried them straight away. I did opt to charge them to see how long until 100% and it was about an hour. The levels for heat and massage can both be adjusted to your preference. There’s also a timer function with a minimum of 20 minutes all the way up to 65 minutes. The massage is a gentle vibration which is both effective and relaxing. The controls are easy to use with graphic icons for timer, heat, and massage intensity. Really appreciate that there is an extension strap included with each unit so you can get a comfortable fit. I’ve used it daily for 20 minutes each and it’s been great and the battery hasn’t completely drained. Recommend for relief that is gentle and effective.

I've been using these things for a couple years now and I love them they really work I've had my right knee replaced and this has really helped my left knee that is bad
