Where can we deliver the package to?

We can ship to most countries in the world. When you fill in the shipping address, you'll find out.

How much will it cost to ship the order?

All our prices are including shipping fee to worldwide, you don't need to pay additional shipping fee.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Please allow 1-3 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. 

How long is the shipping time?

1. If we ship out your packge from DE/UK/AU/US local Warehouse to DE/UK/AU/US, it usually takes 4-7 Business days; if we ship out your package from Asia warehouses to worldwide, it usually takes 15-30 Business days or more (it depends where your order ship to, you can contact us before place the order).

2.There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements and delivery delay. Please pay attention  and be patience, and understand.  

Will I receive a tracking number?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty just before we ship out the parcel. If the item has already shipped, please email support.media@hailicare.com.
