Requests to change a shipping address must be submittedwithin six (6) hours of placing your order. We will make everyreasonable effort to accommodate such requests provided theorder has not yet shipped.
After this six-hour window has passed, we cannot guarantee thatwe will be able to successfully change the address. If an order isshipped to the address provided by the customer, but thataddress subsequently proves to be incorrect, Hailicare assumesno responsibility for lost or undeliverable packages, nor will weoffer reshipment or refunds.

After successfully placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once an order has been confirmed, you cannot cancel or modify it yourself. If you need to perform such actions, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to support.media@hailicare.com.
If the order has not yet entered the processing or shipping stage, we will cancel the order for you and arrange a full refund. However, if the order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel or modify it for you, as it is extremely difficult to intercept a package once it is in transit. In such cases, please refer to our "Return and Refund Policy" for further instructions.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification email. This email will contain your package's tracking information, as well as a link to a website where you can check the progress of your order.

Payments
To apply a promotion, simply add all your desired items to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout process. The system will automatically calculate the discount and update your order total. There is no need to manually enter a coupon code.

The most common issue with credit card payments is incorrect card information entry. If you have verified that your card details were entered correctly, the decline may be due to one of the following reasons:
The card has expired, or a new card has not yet been activated.
- nsufficient funds are available on the card.
- The card has been reported stolen or lost.
- A system timeout occurred during the transaction process.
If you are unable to use your credit card, we recommend trying a different credit card or using PayPal to complete your payment.
If the system indicates that a promotion has not been applied, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
Ineligible Items:Some promotions apply only to specific products; if you are purchasing other items, the promotion cannot be used.
Expired Promotion: If you have missed the promotional period, you will no longer be able to take advantage of the offer. For each customer, the maximum applicable discount is automatically applied to every order.
Shipping
Once an order has been confirmed, you cannot change the shipping address yourself. Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order by sending an email to support.media@hailicare.com, and we will update the address for you. Similarly, if the order has already been shipped, we will no longer be able to change the shipping address.
