RETURNS

 

At HailiCare, your satisfaction is our wish and guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased from HailiCare, you may return the unused portion for exchange or refund in 30 days since you purchased it.

 

  1. RETURN CONDITIONS

 

  • Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country with the original returns form.

Items returned must be in their unused original condition with all HailiCare item tags attached and any related accessories or instruction booklets included.

  • Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or anything HailiCare reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.

 

  1. REFUND

 

  • Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment.

 

  • On receipt of a return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, we estimate refunds will be made by your payment method provider within certain amount of working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

 

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@hailicare.com.

 

  • If the item which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchase. Due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.

 

  • Please note that only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items over and including 50% off discount cannot be refunded.

 

  1. EXCHANGES

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@hailicare.com and send your item to:

  1. GIFT RETURNS

 

Items returned will be refunded to the purchaser’s original method of payment. Please return the goods to us within 30 days of the shipping date. Please ensure the return conditions are met. Gift Cards cannot be returned and are non-refundable.

 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

Please note that we do not bear the shipping costs for exchanging or returning.

 

  1. DAMAGED ITEMS

 

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact us immediately at support@hailicare.com.
