My feet immediately felt warm, and I really liked it.
I bought two pairs of insoles, one as a christmas gift and one for myself. They worked fine at first, but after the first walk, the connection to the mobile app started to malfunction, and then the left insole stopped heating up, even though it was lit up and charging normally. I wanted to return the defective pair, but aliexpress only offered to return the shipment by mail from the czech republic to china and refund the full amount. Okay, but i found out that the package costs more than $25, which is beyond my means; i'm not going to pay that much money for shipping.
So i consider the insoles to be poor quality and a scam! I do not recommend buying them!! !
The product charges well and connects via Bluetooth without issues. I haven't used it yet to assess its performance, but based on the connection and recognition, I think it will work well. However, I am disappointed that the delivery was slow and there was no tracking. If there was tracking even if the delivery was slow, I would have trusted and waited, but that's disappointing.

Returned and I was refunded, after 4-5 days one of the insoles no longer heated up, the temperature remained at room temperature, but when it works it's an excellent product of quite good quality.
Delivery came via Korea Post EMS and took a bit longer than Alis Standard Delivery. After installing the app, it recognized well. Haven't used it yet so don't know about reliability.
