It's great. I just can't figure to use it without the cord connected, it's supposed to be cordless but every time I disconnect it it just turn off
I wanted to try for the third time in buying a product that works. Fed up with hot bottles and I had tried two other brands previously.I was blown over, it works. Works so well that after 5-10 mins you want to turn the temp down. It's washable. It folds up when not in use and the power cord is sufficient.I hope the product lasts, I will return in a few months and update this review. Based on other customers, I don't expect to run in to issues.Thank you supplier!FURTHER UPDATE 2ND MARCH 2025I have not stopped talking about this product! Coming up to 3 months and have experienced no issues. I use this on half setting #5 where I drop further down to #3.You do not suffer from skin burn as I've done with hot water bottles.As it's a large matt, both my feet(size 11) can fit in even when they're not parallel.Awesome product.Further update Nov 2025:Product still performing 100% post 1 year. I even use it as a heat pad for other parts of my body like my knees.

I have a wood office floor located under my desk at which at sit at for too many hours. I have a carpet under my desk and in winter I wear double socks, but still I get cold feet. Tried battery operated warm socks but they are uncomfortable and the wires go everywhere and they need recharging. Totally sold on this, it warms up in a couple of minutes and is great. Cable lengths are good and UK plugs are provided. I can't comment on long-term quality, I'm just too happy with short-term benefits for now. But any feedback will follow.
