We have started a walking challenge at my job which is perfect timing for me to get motivated to finally start running more. The only problem is that my body can’t keep up sometimes. Having nice shoes is amazing of course but these have helped me so much! They vibrate and apply heat therapy at the same time time. They do not do compression though which is the only part that I am sad about. I would love to have these add some compression but the tighter you put it on the better to r the vibration and heat feels. Very easy to wrap this around your ankles, calf, bottom of foot, or arms like it suggest. You have to make sure that you place it correctly for the heat to be targeted to that specific area but the vibration is felt throughout. Very soft and comfortable on direct skin, can fit my small feet, or my husbands big feet. I love my new ankle heat packs they really do give me the best relief in such a short time. I can watch tv or just rest while these help my muscles and joints.

This arrived with 65% charge on both units which meant if I wanted to I could have tried them straight away. I did opt to charge them to see how long until 100% and it was about an hour. The levels for heat and massage can both be adjusted to your preference. There’s also a timer function with a minimum of 20 minutes all the way up to 65 minutes. The massage is a gentle vibration which is both effective and relaxing. The controls are easy to use with graphic icons for timer, heat, and massage intensity. Really appreciate that there is an extension strap included with each unit so you can get a comfortable fit. I’ve used it daily for 20 minutes each and it’s been great and the battery hasn’t completely drained. Recommend for relief that is gentle and effective.

Works really well and relieves some of the tingling in my foot. The heating option is okay but I can’t really feel heat with a sock on. The vibration is soothing.

This heat massager has provided me great relief from my neuropathy in my foot. Albeit not a cure all, but nothing will cure this nerve damage. However temporary I will take it. It provides heat and massage or just heat. It is rechargeable and I cannot live without it.
