My daughter was delighted to receive this item. Her periods are quite painful, usually every other month, and it's a relief to have some discreet technology to help her cope. It heats up quickly, and the vibration is gentle and lovely. She loves that it's charged on a USB so she doesn't have to go through batteries a box at a time, making it feel economical. Pink is her favorite color, so that's a winner too. We were surprised at how much comfort it provided her, and now she can't live without it. Excellent value, excellent use of technology for an ongoing "women's problem" that has caused such suffering over the centuries.

Haven't had the chance to use it to alleviate cramps yet, but I will update this review when I do! First impressions are that it's a snazzy little product - it warms up super quickly and maintains a very soothing level of heat. It's very easy to use with the different settings, and the vibrations definitely work - let's see how they handle pain relief!

I really wish I could give more stars for this, its that good.It comes well packaged, its comes with a charging lead and the elastic strap to go around your waist is adjustable so that's a plus, I turned on the heat pad to the highest setting and its heats up rapidly and I put it on my back as that is what I mostly wanted it for and will also come in handy for that time of the month. It has a massage setting on it too which again is great for my back. It has different types of massage on it and the vibration on it is really good. Its so easy to use and comes with intructions.The battery life on it is amazing I used it quite a few times before I put it on charge, it hadn't run out but I thought to put it on charge as I didnt want it to run out of charge right when I needed it.Its fantastic value for money and highy recommend it for all you ladies out there, get one while you can at an amazing price.

I suffer with endometriosis, and usually use a hot water bottle whilst at home. I use this for work or leaving the house. Really comfortable to wear and easy to use and set up. Heats up to a nice temperature and helps with both tummy cramps, or I rotate it to help my back too. It has a nice bit of padding on it for comfort too, unlike others I’ve used. I used it a few times before it needed charging.

I got this for my granddaughter who suffers with tummy cramps every month and she is so pleased with it. She usually ends up curled up with a hot water bottle, but this little gadget means she can carry it with her and put it in whenever she needs it.It heats up quickly, much faster than waiting for a kettle to boil and is very warm! She usually puts it to a medium level which keeps her comfortable without getting too hot. The added vibration is something I wasn’t sure she’d use, but she says it really helps distract from the cramps and makes her feel more relaxed.It’s a handy cordless design so she can move around the house with it on, even do her schoolwork at her desk without being stuck in one place. The adjustable strap means it sits snugly on her tummy or lower back, whichever hurts more that day. Battery life has been decent too and it lasts through the worst of her cramps.All in all, it’s made a huge difference to her comfort and mood, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who deals with monthly cramps. Much safer and more practical than juggling hot water bottles.

Cordless menstrual heating pad has 3 warmth setting and really helps with mt cramps and also has vibrate settings along with the heat. The charge does last for a while and works well.

This is a great device at a good price -£16 at time of review.It heats up quickly and gives a really good level of heat which i found was good at alleviating pain. I was less convinced about the vibration but this may work for others.The strap is adjustable to get a good fit and it lasts a long time between charges.

This is a heating and vibration pad that is great for period pain and also I've found d it excellent for vibrating and heating a sore lower back and sacroiliac joint. It is a pink colour, and has a hard smooth feeling front shell and fabric against your body, though I'm using it on top of my clothes. It looks good and sleek. The belt is elasticated and the whole thing is comfortable to wear. It does a great job.The belt unclips at the right side, and is easy to adjust. There are 3 buttons. Long press the middle one to switch on. Then press the left button short press to cycle options to choose one of 5 temperature settings, 45, 50, 55,60, 65 degrees.C. the right button has 5 vibration otions: none, and various options for constant or intermittent vibration.I've used it for about 5 minutes at a time, but it has an automatic switch off after 30 minutes if you want to use it longer.The instructions are in minute writing on a tiny leaflet, but readable with taking a photo of them on the phone.
