This ERHIVORA heated shoulder wrap is a surprisingly effective and convenient addition to my recovery toolbox. I tweaked my shoulder lifting a couple things I probably shouldn’t have during a recent move, and this device has been very helpful in easing the aftermath. After some adjustment with the straps, the shoulder wrap fits well and delivers a steady, soothing heat that feels great. The massage (really just a vibration) is subtle, which suits me, it doesn’t aggravate anything. I especially appreciate that its lightweight and cordless: no fuss, no clutter, and no need to stay tethered to one spot. But it also means I can sit or recline in whatever position feels best, which makes a big difference when I’m trying to actually relax. The battery lasts long enough for one or two focused sessions. Definitely seems to ease the pain.

I would have given this a 4 star but the initial assembly was so confusing. It took me way too long to even put this strap together. The instruction wasn’t that helpful either. Once assembled, it was easy enough to position on your shoulder. The controls are touchscreen and you can control the amount of massage pressure as well as the heat. The massage part wasn’t strong enough for me and the heat was ok as well. Overall it might help for like minor pain.

Definitely helps. It was missing the c cord when I opened the package so that was frustrating but I
thought I'd use a regular c charger plug. It worked

This is great to keep up with shoulder healing. The massage strength is just right. The heat is very adjustable and can get too hot- but it’s easy to turn up and down. I probably didn’t need a large but I can make it work because the Velcro straps stick to any part of this.

This shoulder wrap provides 3 levels of both heat and vibration massage. Heats quickly and evenly. Rechargeable battery uses usb c cable that is included. It’s a tad big on my small shoulder, but still provides relief. Easy to use over and over.

Have a nasty shoulder. A standard heating pad kept falling off overnight, not to mention getting tangled with the cord. This device can be strapped in place over a heavy tee shirt, no cords. The heat feels good. When battery discharges, the pad beeps. Just turn it off at that point. Massager is noisy so I do not use when resting. Did pin the shoulder pad, front and back, to better fit the shoulder for less slipping. The pad might be better if the heating points included upper arm muscles.

I have shoulder pain that is yet undiagnosed pending MRI, but I've been pretty miserable for a couple weeks. I was advised to get a heating pad and after reading all the reviews I picked this one, it was pricey! So I expected a lot. upon arrival it looks very chinsy and cheap. I put it on and was immediately disappointed. It did not appear to get hot at all and the vibrations were in all the wrong spots. however, I played with it and repositioned it a lot and finally found the sweet spot and Woo Nelly! Finally some relief. I would say this product is overpriced, however the way that it sits firmly and tightly where you need it to sit is worth the money. And when you finally do get the sweet spot it is so worth it! It is soothing relief baby! Plus you get to look like a cyborg.

Bought this for my partner who has an old sports injury. He has received such relief from his shoulder pain from this product. He’s worn it to sleep and while driving. It travels everywhere with us now.

Battery lasts a long time. I'm not a small man, size XL shirts, vests, jackets, etc but this massager is little big. This is my fourth shoulder massager. My first was early 2025 I believe. I've been avoiding a shoulder replacement for about two years. A big part is due to relief from these massagers. This one has a better strap than the earlier velcro models. The heat and vibration work great. I run it on middle heat and vibration and the battery lasts a really long time, over two hours easy and charges at a good rate as well. It may be a challenge to put it on if your shoulder motion is quite limited. At times my wife has had to help me get the strap positioned in a way that I can get it right. And like I said before, it 's a little on the big size, may slide around. All in all, I love it. Sometimes I sleep in it.
